Creative name for sure, this set started with the staff and there were so many good color matches that it worked out perfectly. The feet are barely visible so feel free to play around with different options if you don’t like these.
Most of these items are dungeon drops, and the shoulders can be purchased for honor points.

Troll priests have never made much sense, especially when garbed in tier sets. It’s understandable why they are able to for game balance, especially in vanilla, but other than shadow priests they’ve never looked quite right. But this set works perfectly with the whole “healing with voodoo” mentality used to justify this class/race combo in lore.
This set is fairly easy to obtain too, almost all the pieces are from quests (that you hopefully haven’t completed). The hardest piece to get is a drop from Serpentshire, which can be easily 2 manned (except maybe the last boss it doesn’t drop off her). The staff will require some Argent Tournament grinding but at least its not a random drop, and works perfectly, although you could use Dreamer’s Dragonstaff or Staff of Beasts as simpler/preferential substitutes.
